The EliTE vacuum pipe lifter® is a fully self contained state-of-the-art vacuum pipe lifting attachment specially designed for the rigorous global pipeline construction sites of today.
This unique design was originally aimed at lower sized excavators, carrying our pipeline work in the communal sector. The extreme light Net weight coupled with a mere 76db sound level makes this a great solution for pipe or plate handling in built up urban areas.
The ELiTE 12TD-CD2 vacuum pipe lifter for extremely hot regions is equipped with a 2 cylinder water-cooled diesel engine.
The ELiTE TE vacuum pipe lifter is electrically powered by the customers main power supply (240V single phase or 380V/420V/50 or 60Hz three phase).
The 360° hydraulic rotor and mechanical oscillation pressure brake (no rubber dampers) reduces rocking/ swinging of the pipe during the lifting and deployment procedure.

ELiTE ADAP-3T

The ADAP/3T adapter bar is an additional accessory for customers who have already utilised shorter suction pads (originally required for the V-SB-4/5 spreader bar) but may plan the same pads to be mounted directly below the ELiTE 12TD & 16TD vacuum pipe lifter models.
This economical solution deletes the need for additional suction pad investment for pipe already covered by your available suction pad stock

The “variable suction pad” expands further and covers as small as 4 inch as high as 120inch.

ELiTE V-SB 4/5
(Vacuum-Spreader Bar)
Manufactured to fit to your 5TD/CD2, 12TD and 16TD ELiTE vacuum pipe lifter models.
The V-SB 4/5 spreader bar is designed to handle Poly pipe lengths of up to 24m. This multi accessory has 2 SWL connecting options being 4t or 5t, both options have respective individual vacuum connecting points. Vacuum lock-off values are included for pre lifting safety system checks.
This unique concept design allows for suction pad “Tilt and Rotation” when confronted with snake bending PE pipe caused by severe sun heat.
